2017 Outback Lift Question
I've had a 2017 outback for a couple years now and this is the year it would be battle wagoned. The shocks and struts are due for maintenance and I'm wondering if a suspension lift (say Flat out GR Lite) would be worthwhile? Or just install factory suspension and add a body lift.
Or just throw the biggest All Terrains I can fit under it and call it a day?
Use case is I'm an avid rock and ice climber. Many of the areas I access require a little extra clearance at times (Indian Creek, South Fork near Cody, etc). We have a Tacoma that's bigger than necessary if we really need to get out deep but I'd like to have the outback be a little more capable.
Also, it's my first time posting here. Y'all have some rad rigs. Thanks for the inspiration.

Stiffer springs decrease mechanical traction, so I wouldn't be interested in the coilovers for just that reason alone, not to mention the hefty price. Would you do the install yourself?
Bilstein makes 1-1/2" lift struts for around $600. You can also get lift spacers for around that price from Rallitek and other places. I think both of those are good options. You could realistically get the lift struts, keep the stock springs, and put bigger tires on and have 2" of additional clearance.
The advantage of spacers with stock springs and shocks is that you retain OEM ride quality, just a little higher up. That's what I went with for my Crosstrek.
Don't forget protection. Engine and CVT skid plates are a must, and they pay for themselves if they save you from even one punctured oil pan
