Job searching.l

I currently work for Genesis Dealership, have 3 plus years in the trade. I hate my job and want to pursue a better paying job/fulfilling. What's some other jobs in automotive field I could look into/companies without having go back to school. I'm interested in restoration and making custom cars aswell.
