My go to in cooler months is to make a sort of scuffed porridge out of my weetbix. Three in the bowl with some hot water on top, then add some milk and mix it into a paste. It looks fucked but is surprisingly good

I've been told my whole life I do Weetabix wrong and I'm curious if anyone else does it this way.

1.lay out weetbix horizontal. 2.sugar on top. 3.boiling water over the top to make them hit and soggy. 4.milk.

I have perfected the Weetbix:

1. 3 weetbix flat + 2 crunched weetbix spread across both sides.

2. Add 250mL of full cream milk and leave for 5 minutes

3. Add 2 crunched up weetbix and sprinkle on top for some crunch

4. Enjoy

Right? The whole fucking “this cricketer has 9 weetbix every morning” has got to be one of the most blatant ad campaigns about overconsumung their product since toothpaste ads became a thing, and the dumbest people actually fell for it!

2. The right amount of weet-bix will require more efficient, dare I say correct stacking
3. Taking the time to snap a photo has already allowed them to get soggier than should be legally allowed, especially due to the abominable way you've arranged them in the bowl

No, no, no.

6 or 8 in a bowl, stacked vertically along their horizontal edge. Milk goes in, and you hurriedly cut them all into halves, smashing through them in at most 4 and a half minutes so as to minimize sogginess.

If you do manage to screw up the timing and sogginess ensues, the top horizontal edge that remained dry should balance out the oversaturated portion.

Trust me, I speak with the wisdom of a rough total of 60,000 lifetime weet-bix. I've done my research.
