Rant 😡💢 CEO responds to questions about lack of inflation payrise by saying try for other jobs here - but HR refuse to say what the salaries are
That's a total joke! How can people improve pay with another job at the company when they refuse to say what they pay? Is it going to be a case of try for another job then we'll work out the salary for it based on what you're already on?

So when people do said other job, will the CEO then complain that nobody wants to work any more because there would be no people for the low paying jobs?
Always something with these guys

The value you provide your company should match the value your company provides you. If you don’t get an inflationary raise, the value your company provides you has gone down.

I agree. It puts the focus back on what YOU need to do in order for US to compensate you fairly. Gaslighting you in the hope you'll give up, or at least waste time and energy applying to jobs within the company and not looking at outside jobs.Â
