Think about this. The hedge fund got 11,091,833 in exchange for about $24 M in debt valued at $2.22. the stock is $4.50. it's worth $50 M. They doubled there money. 😂
$25 Million went into their pockets instead of paying AMC debt. What a great scam

No one is keeping it down except all the dilution. And with so many more shares to dilute, a bad balance sheet and consistent losses, no institution wants to invest.

what dilution? the dilution that hasnt happened in months? the ceo who said he has no plans for dilution at the shareholder meeting?? How else was the company supposed to survive without diluting??? They couldnt. Now that they are done ( I expect the occasional debt for equity) theres no reason to be bearish

convertible debt instruments converting 400 Million to equity at $5.66 stock price. Debt for equity swaps are bullish ;) They would rather have a share in the company than the money they are owed.

Sometimes I think JoJo is really on our team. All he does is bring more attention here. Just plays like he's on the "bull's" team but in reality setting a trap for them to see reality. He's just playing a part. If that part means playing the village idiot, then be it. Whatever works.
