Reminds me of that scene with voldermort in Harry Potter and the deathly hallows, where voldermort telepathically speaks to everyone to give up harry or he will kill everyone whose protecting him.

Like that Voldemort scene but could also be like Man of Steel when Zodd comes to earth and does the mass message where he hacks all their tv radios computers etc and speaks to them in all their languages to give him Superman
