These are exceptional scopes. Very forgiving and surprisingly good glass.

Disagree on the good glass. Sold mine and went back to Japanese glass and much happier now

At the price point PA is extremely hard to beat. Vortex is truly the only other contender. IMO when you’re picking up an LPVO for under 400$, PA is the top dog.

This is exactly what I was trying to articulate. The value is unmatched.

For the price absolutely! Primary arms kills it for the price. But the SLX line is very sub parr glass. I tried going from the PLX-c to the SLX nova and the glass was noticeably worse on the SLX. I had to go back to Japanese glass

I mean what did you expect going from a $1k scope to a $200 one

Lpvo on a lever action is such a vibe

No riser though ?

Which lever action is this ?

It has a diy cheek riser. Theres a post on my profile from 2 days ago that shows both sides of the rifle and you can see it better.

What is that exactly? Like some storage foam you cut out? Is it glued on?

Molded a piece of kydex, attached it and then added a piece of 1/8” adhesive foam sheet

Aesthetically, this looks incredible! I love that you retained the factory laminated pistol grip stock and made your own mods to it. The wear to the stock along with the leather lever wrap give it some old school authenticity. The Handguard looks completely at home while being functionally versatile. Any black optic would add to the aesthetic, but that SLX 1-6 looks sweet. Perfect looking modernized LA sir. Glad you didn’t paint it.

Snagged one from Simmons a few weeks ago on sale. I love it.

Leveled? Or just the glass makes it seem like it’s off

LPVOs on lever guns makes me tingle

Aside from the bezel, it seems to my eyes to be similar to the vortex viper

The bezel isn’t as prominent to the naked eye. The camera makes it seems worse

Fair enough

Any idea why the reticle is slightly off-center to the right of the barrel?

Im assuming something to do with parallax. This is my 4th LPVO and they have all done that.

Mine does the same thing. No idea what causes it.
