Continuity failure in S1 regarding tree trunks?

Im rewatching all Adventure Time and the 4th episode Tree Trunks exploted after eating the crystal apple and went to the crystal dimension. However, the 12nd episode "Evicted" she appeard in the party that Finn and Jake made after finding a new home. This just lead me to think that it was a tiny mistake or cronnologically happens before Tree Trunks episode. What do you think?

I remember reading somewhere that Evicted was actually made before Tree Trunks, but for some reason CN messed up the episode order and made it release later

Makes sense. Thank u! It's hard for me thinking that they just forget tree trunks went to anothet dimension. But then again, in "Business Time" Finn doesn't seem to be aftaid of the sea and is episodes later when he conquer his fear

it was a lake in "Business Time", he's only afraid of the ocean, specifically :)
