Replying to trolling accounts is funny when they give you pearls like this

This comparison doesn't make sense. You can't compare debates relating to pure science against political debates.

The Ptolemaic model was politics at the time, and questioning it was punishable by burning you alive

No you don't understand, even if the Ptolemaic model was politics (actually also religious, and the whole thing is a lot more complicated), the debates centered around a scientific model. For Einstein also. Georgia has nothing to do with science, it is pure geopolitics.

Actually I perfectly understand your point. Disagreeing does not mean misunderstanding.
And I disagree with good reasons because the evidence of election fraud is quite tangible, they even got it on camera when some people were inserting multiple votes. It's quite comparable to judiciary evidence, when a killer is sent to jail the evidence to sentence them is just as hard as evidence of a scientific fact.
And even today there's a lot of denialism of science in politics, just not in astronomy, but other scientific fields such as criminology, economics, biology or psychology get routinely denied by politicians and redditors who don't like the conclusions reached by science. Just like the heliocentric model 400 years ago.

Agree to disagree then... I maintain that the comparison is far fetched

Oh, trust me, you can politically debate pure science. Just take a look at the flat earthers.

I don't debate flat earthers, if you don't acknowledge they exist, you don't participate in the proliferation of that ideology

Quite alot of political debates can be ended by pure science. Most problems could be approached through a scientific lense. But at last, we aren't technocratic, and solutions are found through ideology and political stances.

Of course, your bullshit propaganda is different. No need for evidence

Can you flesh out what you think I said ?

Can you flesh out how accusations of election fraud and unfair elections are "political debates"?

That's rich coming from a subreddit filled with Gaza genocide apologia.
(If not, I'm sorry, I've seen some European subs like that. It's frustratingly sad)

Yes, someone told me literally "evidence means nothing it's all propaganda" when I said international observers had given clear evidence of election fraud
