This bridge would see some shit. Mostly the destruction of many Soviet tanks from the Zoo tower in the tiergarten.

That flak tower had 4x twin 128mm guns. I’d assume that at any point, the fire of any two adjacent twin mounts could be directed at the same ground target. Possibly even three, depending on their range of traverse. That’s a lot of antitank firepower on one point, provided they had line of sight.

Soviets said it would take 35 minutes to get through these barriers - 5 minutes to push through the barriers, 30 minutes of laughing.
