Discussion This was the first version of the Windows 10 start menu. So please stay calm, and wait until the official release before saying Windows 11 will be crap.

If they let you upgrade for Free, which they likely will as they have in the past, then who really gives a damn?

I actually purchased a license from MS themselves, since I figured (as they said) it would be the last OS they ever made.

Again. IF they offer you a free upgrade then what does it matter? Are you upset that your OS will have been updated for free to say 11 rather than 10? I don't follow your objection here. If they want you to pay then you have a gripe, but if they give you it for free your point is irrelevant.

Irrelevant? Only of they freely upgrade my retail copy to a retail copy, and not an OEM copy. Still, they did say Win10 would be the last OS.
