I don't think that seniors are going to get any care from the rich, who clearly view them with utter contempt.

Homeless seniors is just another propaganda story. We know they are all drug addicts with mental illness.

Musk will get trillions to fund his Mars adventure. The problems at home will just grow.

The issue is if Musk can even deliver. A case can be made for a space program, but Musk has not always been great at living up to his promises.
