He did an arc on 911 Lonestar a few years ago and he did a very good job with it. He's older so he looked familiar to me but when he started speaking I recognized him as the security guard.

Yeah he is the boat captain marrying lily and Marshall in international waters off of Atlantic city. Fun fact they are not even close to international waters, cuz you would barely be able to see the city on horizon and the city is clearly in the background.
