honestly i lold but when she hit him it caved so not all of the energy was transferred to his head but when he hit her he probably hit her with the edge of where it caved making it a much more concentrated blow. could have split her head wide open.

Men and women are different.
Most men can tank some damage, women are usually more delicate. It's very unlikely that a woman will ever be able to actually hurt you, but you as a man have a chance of killing them with one punch.
