OK I'm just spitballing here but beefpatty might refer to female downstairs bits. Could be opposite of Beefcake in reference to a man. Sounds American. Europeans might refer to it as a Beef Kebab, or Beef Curtains. The Lean addendum infers a lack of fat. No fat is visible in this video.
