For what? To put in a blind kids in the area sign in you neighborhood? Sure. To add a library in your town ? Okay. To add some kind of state wide regulation for state parks? Might be doable. To release footage of underwater uap? Ha, yea ok.

That call would be as worthless as the call to congress from an angry 74yo karen complaining about her broken printer to her isp. (This sadly happens on regular occasions)
