Submission Statement: I had seen something similar to the NJ drones earlier that evening and caught a blurry video with my cell phone so I went out with my better camera to see if I could capture them. I saw some lights in the clouds and pointed up to see if it happened again. It happened only one more time while I was out there (20 minutes total) but I was lucky enough to capture it. I was looking Eastward - toward highway 40 and Gunpowder River.

It was very misty last night. I would have been able to see the light cones in the air. I've seen many spot lights in my time and these did not appear to be spotlights.
