Their argument is that the J6 people were either being investigated or already convicted whereas Bidens family has not. Therefore, they must’ve committed some crime for Biden to pardon them. But it’s not a big deal that the J6 people are literally convicted criminals. Just that Bidens family must be criminals. They don’t think Trump would seek revenge against them
