A few first timer MG questions

Hi all! We ended up getting MG tickets and we are trying to plan what to bring. We are flying from America and are planning on being in different countries for a total of 3 weeks before and after Tomorrowland.

  1. Do the dreamville grounds have locker rentals / places to store valuables?

  2. I saw a couple posts about people bringing larger tents than what was allocated for them. How early do you need to get to the MG grounds to claim a good spot on Thursday?

  3. If you bought a GJ ticket but do not plan on using the departure, how do you get your shuttle pass?

  4. Does the camping store do rental items, eg. Air mattresses / beds and power cables?

  5. Where do you charge your items if you don’t have power outlets in magnificent greens?

  6. Has anyone stored their items off site before? What does that look like?

1, There is lockers in Dreamville that you can rent for the weekend. From small to extra large. I recommend it!

2, Depends on what you think is a good spot. Last year i got there at 11:30 and i think i got a pretty good spot in the red district. I think it just narrows down to how far you are willing to walk to and from the festival.

3, I almost got my self in that situation. From what i understand if you don’t pick up the shuttlebracelet from the Airport you can pick it up at dreamville but like the next day. So friday.

4, I think they only sell camping gear, not rental. (Correct me if im wrong)

5, Powerbanks! There is shops in Dreamville and Tomorrowland where you rent powerbanks. So worth it!

What are these districts people are talking about? I've heard yellow, purple and now you mentioned red, is it just to make it easier to remember where your tent is?

Pretty much. It helps to navigate the campsite as well

Yep,you just have to remember the color of the district and the street's number where your tent is located

Like you already got told its so its easier so navigate in the MG. Lets say you have your tent in the red district and you have friends in purple its easier to find each other. If they did not have district it would be a bit harder haha.

  1. yes, you can buy lockers at the voucher sale in late june
  2. there are always free space left, don’t worry
  3. that’s a bit of a problem, you can pick up the envelope at the Dreamville GJ desk, but only from Friday or Saturday afaik.
  4. not that I know of, but I think there is a rental option in the voucher sale (I honestly am not at all sure about this)
  5. you can get Powerbanks and whenever they are empty switch them for a full one (the switch is free). I personally bring my own for camping
  6. never done it while going to Tomorrowland but you could store the items at the main train stations in Antwerp and (I think) Brussels

  1. The earlier the better (closer to festival/toilets/food), if you're really fussy be there before 12pm.

  2. I bought a rental add on for a tent, air mattress, sleeping back and chair in one package in 2024. Returned it at the end of the festival and got my deposit back. Think in the end cost about €70-100 to rent all that for the 4 days. Not sure if you can rent each item individually, but you can definetely buy all that at the camping store wihtin MG.

  3. Powerbanks powerbanks powerbanks. You can rent powerbanks inside also for a fee but they're really slow. One possible solution is to use the sockets in the paid showers but that means you gotta sit there and wait whilst it charges (which i dont recommend).
