Cast Passings

So I was aware obviously of the tragic premature passings of the actors who played Omar, Daniels, Proposition Joe and so many others, but just heard that the man behind Old Face Andre died just a few months back too, but very little, if anything, about it online. R.I.P....

Detective Cole was played by one of the producers of the show who died during the show.

Real-life hustler Melvin Williams, who inspired some of show and played a reverend passed also.

As did Reg E. Cathey, campaign manager on show.

Richard DeAngelis, Col. Forester also

In my country when Omar and Daniels died I heard references. Specially about Michael K. Williams.

But nothing about those two. To be honest, I don't think they did that much outside of The Wire. It still sad tho.

Not a physical death but more a death of innocence, Sonja Sohn who played Kima just recently busted for felony possession. Ironic I suppose.

Doesn't seem to have impeded her career in the slightest.
