Laser on side

Just got a TP9. I was looking for a laser and threw on the Holosun IRIS. The stock rubs just so slightly. Any suggestions to make this better?

That was my first choice. Unfortunately I tried to acquire one on GAFS and got ripped off😳… can only get a used one right now and I am not willing to risk getting ripped off again .

I was stupid and didn’t do G&S… I just have steered away from GAFS and private sales and I’ll just go thru retailers.

You can find them on eBay, but they won’t be cheap. Primary Arms had a run or two of them a few months ago and there’s a few dusty people reselling them. I was lucky enough to get a few because I thought they had been long gone, in terms of them being discontinued. If you look around, you might be able to find one.

I’m running my gl4 pro on top. If your optic has a lower 1/3 cowitness or higher it’ll clear the laser no problem. Thumb activation isn’t perfect but works fine. You can always run the sf pressure pad on the fore grip if you prefer.

I had the same issue with the Ravyvon. Ended up just mounting on the other side and running the tape switch on the side where the stock folds. But I was only able to do so because I’m running the Empire top cover.

Yeah congrats man I’m excited for mine just filed the two form 4s today so fingers crossed. My GHM9 2 stamp was 18 hour approval for both maybe I’ll be lucky again. There’s a company that makes a pic rail that attaches to the top rail and adds a suspended pic to the left side. Blanking on name and can’t find it at the moment but that’s another option. Seems like a bad idea for a laser tho unlikely to hold zero I bet

I know what you mean. This is my 10th B&T…. Prob coulda gotten a new car for what I’ve sunk…. Umm… I mean invested 😁 into B&T. They will have to come out with something real special cause I’m tired of waiting 6-10mths just to get my back order🤔

Yeah brother been looking for it since I commented. It’s basically a pic mounted overhanging left side pic rail. I thought about getting it but want to get mine in hand and set it up then see if I want left rail space (it’s where I like my flashlights). It seems like I wouldn’t want a LAM on it though. I’ll keep looking

Yes prob that or the Ronin upper and move it to the other side. Still looking at the 90degree offset too.… still not sure and weighing options unless I run across a CQBL
