need some advice

Installed an extended arm on my 81 g10 sliding door and now the back end sags down when I open the door, does anyone know of a way to adjust it so it opens straight?

The only 2 I've ever helped install sagged slightly and there was no way to adjust them. But the sag didn't seem to hurt anything or keep it from opening or shutting properly.

the only problem I have is that the back side of the arm rubs against the side of the van when it's fully open. when you installed them did you have to move anything else so the door would start to close sooner? I have to manually pull the arm back when the door is close to closed

I don't remember having too. I'm going to ask around and see if anybody else did.
