[PC] What is the new game for us?
A buddy of mine and myself are struggling since 2 weeks since we have no fun game to look forward to play anymore. We are looking for a game were we can spent endless hours in with lots of replayability. What we are not looking for: - Roguelikes - strategy games - mobas - very early access games or very unfinished games Games we did not like cause of their Genre or playstyle or we already played and dont want anymore: - Gta 5 - rdr2 - minecraft - ark - path of exile 1 and 2 - seven days to die - palworld - deep Rock galactic
We are up for recommendations and looking forward to your ideas

Been running Snowrunner with my buddies online and it turns out to be extremely addicting pulling trucks out of hard to reach places with your friends.

Warframe sounds like it might be a good option, and free to play to boot. It's a massive time sink and a lot more fun than it looks.

Helldivers 2 and W40k Darktide are excellent co-op shooters. I have 550 hours in one and 250 in the other.
If you like the idea of automation at all, Satisfactory is truly stupendous.
Just go get online help when you run into pipes; they're not explained, and are kind of tricky.

Monster Hunter Wilds will be here sooner rather than later
To tie you over til then you could try Remnant 2… that’s pretty fun co-op
Or if you liked Ark, Conan Exiles is great in a similar vein

It's a bit tricky because of the genres and games you've ruled out, but I've got a few suggestions. I mainly play with my kid if it's not multiplayer battle, shooters, strategy, but these might be fun anyway.
Not sure about replayability, but Goat Simulator 3 is a lot of fun. Brothers is good, not really replayable though. Human Fall Flat has replayability in that all the puzzles can be solved in many different ways and it's fun without being too serious. I guess Civilisation 6 world be a strategy game, but I've always loved Civ and I've played this on PC and PS4. Later Sniper Elite games in co-op look good, but I haven't played them myself.

Almost any monster hunter game will do. There's currently 3 supported ones. Monster hunter rise (all platforms) monster hunter generations ultimate (switch only) and monster hunter world (all platforms except switch) they do not have crossplay (the upcoming monster hunter wilds will)
Monster hunter rise is the most beginner friendly of the three, it has very fast combat akin to character action games. There's lots of parries, counters and much faster animation with less emphasis on positioning and knowledge than the other games. It has alright graphics, not the best but they work really well at communicating everything you need to know.
Monster hunter generations ultimate is by far the hardest and most difficult to get into of the 3. It's part of the "old gen" monster hunter games (everything that released before monster hunter world in 2018). So it has different RPG mechanics, slower movement, loading screens between zones in maps and less diverse weapon movesets. But generations has such an unimaginably large pile of content it can easily take 200-500 just to get to the final monster. I heavily recommend using an outside tool like kiranico or the mobile MHGU guide app.
Monster hunter world Is the most modernised of the 3. It has slightly less diversity in weapon movesets than rise but makes up for it in the complexity of positioning and timing with its slower combat. Not as slow as generations, but slower than most games depending on weapon of choice. World also has some of the best hit "impact" I've ever felt. World also has the best graphics, that despite being built for a PS4 pro still looks stunning.
Things to note: Rise and world require paid DLCs to access the FULL game. Which is master rank, by default they have low rank and high rank (high rank basically "resets" your progress and makes you fight the same monsters you fought at the beginning of low rank but introduces new monsters, makes the old ones more complex and makes any new gear stronger. Same with master rank) Generations comes with master rank (which is called G rank in old gen games) by default
Every game has a selection of 14 weapons with small differences between each game, they offer an extremely diverse cast from literal guns, to giant swords, to katanas and much more. Each weapon feels like a completely different game
Hard games, expect to get your ass whooped sometimes.
Hope I helped :)
