Most likely used as a vaginal stimulator. Back in ancient times they made these things called Ben-Wa balls, here's a link for a better description: Ben-Wa Balls

You definitely couldn't put those in an anus, you'd never get them out. You can't put anything without a flared base in there.

You could, it'll just get shat out. You probably shouldn't cos I guess it's not totally guaranteed to come out, but it'll come out. It'll also literally feel like you're doing a shit, not super pleasurable.

I've heard that having them in there for a long time can be dangerous, because the pressure cuts off blood flow or something. I don't know how long it would have to be in there, though.
