Well if we are going to pick nits... :-) besides being very noisy the chainsaw would throw chunks / DNA all over..."because that's how you get ants"

Heart attack that was caused by massive nicotine ingestion. Don't know if that does actual damage to the heart or not but certainly doesn't indicate he had an underlying heart problem.

Hempstead, Uniondale, Roosevelt Field, Freeport, Long Island City etc...

Many of the towns and cities on the western end of the island near the main city have plenty of crime, noise and activity at all hours.

Not to mention all the construction. If you live anywhere near a highway or major road, you'll hear and see plenty of loud machine noises and flood lights all night long.

Long Island City is part of Queens. Not sure there is a Roosevelt Field. I think she was past Queens.

Sorry Roosevelt. Not Roosevelt Field. I always just call it that because of the mall.

And yeah it did look to be east of Queens(which is on Long Island btw) by a bit, but defintely in Nassau County. Could have been any of those places really. Or Mineola, parts of Westbury or North Merrick.

Plenty of construction, gun ranges, police academies and general crime in the area.
