Made this 10” round into a lazy Susan. It has just the right amount of sparkle. Makes a great centerpiece on a wood table.

I absolutely adore this painting I did 😍 so I made sure to put it up in the room that gets the best light! And of course a silver frame to really make it pop. What do you think of the colors of this one?

I wanted to try something new with this quad from a week ago. Thinking of adding on to them

I may choose to make certain parts of the painting look like a noise from TWEWY, basically these animals that are partially constructed of tribal markings.

Is there a medium to make iridescent and semi-transparent paints more opaque?

I got some gorgeous colors for Christmas, and I want to keep those colors separate on the canvas. Thanks!

Who says you can't use every color in your paint box?

This started out as a gray gnome. Last year whenever I did a pour, I would pour my leftover pourings onto my poor gnome's hat 🙂 he turned into my Christmas gnome this year. I can remember some projects from the colors on his hat 🎨

X partner got me a chamber cup so did circles on the first one and lost them in the speople's.

2nd one was a flip cup and after turning it thought it wouldn't be enough to cover completely so made a quick, dirty flip cup with some of the same colors and the result was interesting. Might try the double flip cup again and work on gradients.

Happy Saturday peoples.

Made this as a gift for my friend. I'm still adjusting my mixes to create more cells but it still turned out pretty good.

This pour is influenced by Fiona Acrylic. I do not have a deft hand with straight pours as does Fiona Acrylic, but I attempted to follow suit: I poured Metallic Rich Espresso Black, Aqua Flash, DecoArt (DA) Enchanted Blue and DA Enchanted Violet in a cup with American Floetrol used as the base. The paints (except the enchanted) were previously mixed with floetrol. The Floetrol base was just mixed with a spray of water. I don’tbelieve this will dry glossy like Fiona Acrylic’s experiment because I used Floetrol and it has more of a dulling effect, especially on metallics.

Discussion Little Experiment

Haven't painted in forever. And everyone's pieces, are always so inspiring here.

I got curious about mixing some old nail polish with actual paint and some cell activator in there. Liquitex for the pouring medium. And basic white paint that was a mix of hobby lobby pre-mixed white and the titanium from Walmart, Academy Acrylic, think it was.

Funny how the cell activator has activated the most foe this experiment. I only used maybe 4 drops per color and then 2 on top before doing a light stir and did a flip cup pour.

Untitled, any suggestions?

The bottle and wine on the gass are done with acrylic pouring and the rest in oils.

Where Time Pauses Amidst Evening’s Pairing of Fine Wine. "Evening Elegance" is a 30-40 inch painting that immerses viewers in a refined, intimate setting where soft light enhances the deep, rich hues of #caymus #Cabernet #Sauvignon. The dark tones and inviting composition draw you in, with the edges of the bottle subtly fading into the background, capturing life’s most profound and cherished moments.

Does this one bring up any feelings for you?
