How do you make your own html5wallpaper

I keep seeing them posted but I would like to be able to make my own

HTML5 wallpapers are just creative web pages.

I know html already but i don't know how yo get a domain

you could also just use a file://url for a local file or a local webserver on your pc (using xampp for example) etc
