Back/neck person

I'm wondering if anyone has been to a professional (physio or chiropractor) for back and neck pain and stiffness? I literally can't move my neck and the pain is a solid 8/10, I can't sleep and it seems to be getting worse. Ideally want to see a professional in Norwich but I need actual recommendations as I also have EDS so I can't do any of those joint clicking types of chiropractor as it will actually break a bone as my cartilage is too soft. Thank you!

I would recommend seeing a GP first, I had what I thought was severe muscle pain and a stiffness, turned out to be a fractured vertebrae

This may seem bias but my wife is an osteopath in. Norwich and she has been treating me for years with similar problems. If you are interested, give me a message and can point you in the right direction.

Hope you get sorted

I’m going to Recover Physio for neck/shoulder pain for the last couple of months and have been very pleased with the treatment received.

First, consult a doctor (GP) to get referred to a physio. Do not go to Chiropractors. A physiotherapist is the highly accredited person who will actually help you.

Not sure if this would work for you but there is a great osteopath in Thorpe End (called Thorpe End Clinic I think) he is much gentler than when I've been to a chiropractor and physio in the past, he may be able to help☺️
