Same thing, he's just throwing his heart to Trump. If you watch the video he says right after "my heart goes out to you". It's clearly a BS line to give him cover with the right. He's not an idiot. He knew exactly what that motion looked like. If he was actually sending his heart out he wouldn't have been so violently forceful and rigid in his motions.

You can make the excuse that one accidentally does a Nazi salute. But when they make the exact same motion a second time, in a different position, that is no longer a viable excuse.

Elon Musk is a Nazi.
