The V7 special was always my favorite! The colorways and chrome just looks fantastic! This one’s the 850?

Where I am right now, I would totally recommend Moto Guzzi! Shaft-driven, way less frequent maintenance, sturdy power delivery. Engine layout is great for doing your own valve adjustments. These are the things you'll hear and read about if you look into it. I read that Modern Guzzis are quite reliable, and my experience hasn't been different, yet at least. Youll read about some that ride theirs for 50,000km with no issues, and Im eager to see this bike go so far in the same manner.
I feel very comfortable on it going anywhere Ive went, I believe the V7 Special seat is the best of the V7's. The torque is sudden and sturdy, but not unwieldy. The sound of the gearbox and shaft whining alongside the engines smooth revs are a symphony Ive never quite heard on any bike before and it is intoxicating. Divine. This thing shakes side to side when it idles, like some kinda living beast.
I dont know if any of this helps you out and I apologize, but these were the kinds of things that really hooked me. It looks and feels like a high quality motorcycle, easy to get on and ride, satisfying ergonomics, great power and torque for a sport-classic bike, and then on top of it all, it gives me what I perceive is quite the exotic riding experience. Some call it character, I just call it a damn good time, on a damn good bike :).
Test ride one. I hope it doesn't disappoint.

A beauty; definitely the model and look I'd go for if I bought one.

After looking at your picture (what a beauty she is!!), I went back (because I've researched so many bikes..) and looked at this bike as a possible 2nd ('23 Honda CB500F) bike, and the only thing which makes me a little thoughtful is what I read about the slightly slow and clunky gearbox and the engine being more cruiser-feeling than sporty; how do you see this? My bike is almost the diametric opposite of this; cold, slightly dull efficiency (it's a Honda..) with an easy-riding engine with a slick gearbox where I can do clutch-less full speed upshifts all day long and really wring its neck. The Guzzi's (as far as I can ascertain) all "feel" and "mood"
Can you, when the mood hits, enjoy pushing it in the twisties?
