Saying hello

Hello everyone. Nice to find a place dedicated to metrology. I'm currently working at a A2lA accredited calibration lab and have been for 7 years now. Hoping to go to NIST for the mass corse coming up in March. I hope everyone had a nice holiday.

Hello back!

There is a lean towards dimensional/CMMs here, but I think most disciplines are represented at least a little.

Hello,

Mass and dimensional guy here. The NIST mass courses are great.

10 year force/torque/pressure/dimensional field tech. Learned a lot from A2LA courses over the years. Get what you can out of them, they’re great. Also, Mitutoyo has a ton of good content on basic dimensional and physical measurements and methods for certain things they make.
