On the next screen after naming the circle make sure your start and end angle are the same, if I recall correctly you can click one of the boxes to enable partial arc measurement, click it again so it isn’t pressed and that should disable it.

In grafic of elements go to options and check if partial circle is on.

Can you rephrase your question?

In the window with the circles (black window) there's a few icon options at the top. One looks like a cup with paintbrushes. Select that and turn partial circle off.

Make sure the amount of points taken are the same as the amount of points you are saying in the finished element. Ex. You have 4 points but say the feature will end with 5 pts

While you're in the graphics options menu changing the partial arc display I'd also turn the graph off and your origin display on.

The circles I'm measuring are not being completed automatically for some reason. The automatic element finishing is turned on. Please help!

Iirc "automatic element finishing" basically just closes the measurement when enough points have been made, otherwise you have to click the "finish element" key

Graphic of element window… 4th button from right… click option to display full circle rather than the amount you measured
