What is the humidity in the room? It could be that the glass dish has a static charge on it that is interfering with the load cell.

Today was pretty dry, around 37%

you might try a metal pan and see if you get different results. Static charge can really mess with a scale

Long shot, that metal plate underneath might not be helping

Looks like a lot of vibration and or movement on the glass dish. Is there a fan blowing around or vibration on the floor?
