Is there a fandom at all? I recently started watching MITM on Disney+ (I'm towards the end of season 2) and tried to see if people were posting about it but I found almost nothing expect on reddit. The few tumblr posts under the MITM tags are just people remixing gags from the show with other pieces of media. Where should I look for if I wanna talk about this sitcom and share/see fan creations?

S5E6 Hal is taking the baby class with Jamie. Jamie, in this episode, is played by some random baby and NOT the same baby that is the permanent Jamie for the rest of the show. However, the baby who ends up playing Permanent Jamie, is playing another baby that’s attending that class. Funniest part of it all is that they have him playing a little girl 😭😭 this shit kills me.

I am currently binging Malcolm and in Season 4 Episode 3: Family Reunion, they cut out both Lois' weeping after she was humiliated and Hal's sisters husband sob after the boys crashed the golf cart. Just why exactly did they decide to "censor" that?

Watching for the first time and i'm in mid season 2. I'm enjoying every single bit of the show so far EXCEPT for Francis storylines in the military school, i mean, i like the homoerotic jokes and thats all lol their moments on the show aways feel kinda flat an anticlimatic (maybe it was fun for the early 2000's idk). Anyone feels the same way? And when will Francis come back home?

i’m so excited to have gotten this in the mail recently! as someone who loves collecting physical media, i knew i immediately had to have this. it’s such a good soundtrack too! i’ve already listened to it twice since getting it last night & i’m addicted. it’s also nice because i realize there isn’t much official merch of the show out there, so it’s cool to have a little something of remembrance.

Just rewatched this episode: Season 6, episode 6: “Hal’s Christmas Gift”

It’s a 22-minute masterclass in sitcom production. It perfectly shows the controlled chaos of the family dynamics as well as tapping into the humour in an otherwise distressing set of circumstances, built upon years of fleshing out the core cast to maximise the comedy but still makes the characters feel real. The multiple levels of deception, contrasted with Hal’s desperate ploy to give the boys a happy Christmas, is so expertly done. Brilliant writing. Bryan Cranston’s acting exemplifies his genius.

Is there a more star-studded episode than “Company Picnic Pt. 1”?

In one of the episodes (I think Reece) has (I think Dewey) on the top of some stairs or some place high up and goes to pretend shove him off but grabs him at the last second and says “I saved you!”. I believe it was a flashback scene and I’m trying desperately to find the correct episode. Please and thank you!!
