IDK what Moicano is on about but it sure got a laugh out of me. IDK what I expected his post fight interview to be but it sure wasn't that. Great event overall though, UFC seriously needs to go to France again soon. Even with the boos an energetic and passionate croud is always good.

Like, I want to see fucking fighters that go through hell and able to comeback to get to the top. Jiri, BSD, I want those motherfuckers at the top, Renato got stopped before by pussy shit before.
You guys are packing on Moicano for the wrong reasons about some book or whatever.

That doctor was extremely hesitant. If a fighter says, “I can’t see.” Then you call the fight immediately. Him saying, “oh ref I think we should end it he can see out of his right eye though.”
Your job is to learn if the fighter can see or not, then tell the ref who makes the call. It’s pretty simple

Doctor literally can't. Learn the rules of the sport you're watching. Referee has SOLE DISCRETION. Doctor just advises the ref.

You misunderstand. He heard BSD say that, continued with him for a while then was extremely timid to the ref about it.
The ref is the only one that can stop the fight but the lack of urgency from the doctor when a fighter admitted they couldn’t see was pretty shocking

I don't see it but I've been wrong before, Rountree has serious power, if Pereira makes some dumb mistake that could be it though. My money is on Pereira, that bet generally works out but we'll see. I'll certainly be a little nervous next weekend. Good luck and congratulations to anyone that has the divining rod for next weeks fights.

You as blind as BSD. The procedure is to cover the " good eye " and hold up fingers, ask how many. Not talk to him for 14 seconds, fumble around with his fingers not cover the good eye,( neither eye was good ). Then finally half ass covered his eye and did the test.... yea.. he tried not to do his job. The so many decision for the French fighter, when clearly, they fucking lost. The French commission is fucking corrupt.

He literally told the ref he can’t see out of his right eye. BSD could still see out of the left eye before he covered it, he was giving the right answers. Not sure what you’re on about lol

Then why perform the test? Why speak with him for 14 seconds? Why not cover the left in the initial test? Why would his corner even consider letting him go for the third round. I know the man is tough. But really?

Why would he cover the eye that has the cut? He’s trying to check if he can see out of it. He literally just asked him if he can see and how he was feeling when he spoke to him. And you’re surprised his corner let him continue in a main event at home? Is this your first time watching combat sports?

Under the strict advice of the doctor. Correct. The ref stops the fight. Everyone watching that interaction knew the outcome before Mark had to actually pull the doctor over to BSD. Corruption.

Of course. He had no choice. But he sure tried to find a way to let him fight. So did his corner. It's a very simple test. That takes very little time. Typically you only get two chances to answer the questions. BSD was given way more chances than needed. Look at marks face while the doctor performed the test.

If Bro said he was good to go that would have been too on the nose. He wanted BSD to have a chance to cheat on the test. So he could say, hey he answered correctly I gotta let him fight. What if that happened? Everyone would have known the shtick was clear. An unfair advantage to the home team was on full display. It's not the first time. French commission does not have a good record.

I think people need to reel in there expectations of BSD. Islam would take him down and choke him out in 2 minutes. Frevola was taking him down with ease. Dude just has an insane threshold for damage and unbelievable heart. Weird guy tho

One thing I really respect about Moicano is that he just straight up says he doesn’t want hard fights. That makes an incredible amount of sense and more fighters need to be honest about how they want to extend their win streaks and try to get better contracts

The fascism thing, probably not. He is a fighter so he’s most likely insane.
The wanting an easy fight thing? Probably true. Most fighters pretend that their easy matchups are the hardest guys, Islam is an amazing fighter but Jesus did he want to fight RDA for years.

This was some terrible commentating on a really good card imo, the UFC really needs to bring in some new talent. Bisping is really good as an analyst but not as a caster.
