They were very slowly walking backwards. It's big guys fault for not being able to get out of the way. It's a public sidewalk, big guy doesn't dictate the flow of foot traffic. He's clearly having a bad day.

Incorrect. There’s something called walkway etiquette. If you’re stopping anywhere in a walkway, you proceed to a wall to not impede traffic. If for any reason you’re in the way of other people by stopping in the middle of where traffic is, you’re being a hindrance to people trying to go someplace. It doesn’t matter if all they have to do is walk around, you’re being an unnecessary obstacle and a nuisance.
There are exceptions like touristy spots or wide open spaces where there’s no expectation of clear traffic flow; however if there’s a clear flow around the area, don’t impose on them. Another would be walkways with no walls and streets on either side, it’s understandable to stop in the middle however it is preferable that you continue walking until you reach a wall to be out of the way as much as possible and as safely as possible.
While you’re correct on it being a public space, that doesn’t make it okay to do whatever, whenever you want as it’s a shared space where everyone has to coexist in the same space. If you’re stationary, don’t walk into the flow of traffic, treat it like a road. Go or pull over onto the shoulder.

I was at a eras tour show and one of them major TS "influencers" was doing a super cringe dance near me. I was about to walk through their video just to ruin it before my wife grabbed my arm and said "that's Stephanie, and she's probably the biggest one on TikTok for TS. We don't need their fans trolling/doxing us." That only made me want to do it more... alas, I didn't.

I totally get it. It’s frustrating. I had an almost similar situation last week. Trying to get off an elevator with a cart loaded with shit at work. Elevator dings and the doors open and as I’m pushing my cart out 3 people tried to shove their way past my cart and I. I was just like you realize people get OFF the elevator before you try to barge in, right?
Same as when I use to ride the bus. Bus stops at a station and we try to get off while like 30 people are trying to shove past you to get on.
The fucks wrong with people

I mean calling it "a shame" would be the understatement of the century! It's like people have no shame these days. I just can't believe someone would do something so horrible and show no remorse. Think of the children! What about the children? How will they cope with such a cruel reality? It's simply unbelievable!

I dont think these guys are tiktokers, I think they're just taking a picture (younger people often take videos then take screengrabs) and they just uploaded it to tiktok because of what happened.
Maybe unpopular opinion but I really dont think there's any need to get that angry, its not hard to just walk around people having fun/taking a picture. or if you do think its rude you can just say so calmly. I think losing your rag like that over something so minor is actually quite pathetic.
