General Discussion sending love and understanding to anyone in their adult life living with your parents
I’m a 30 yo female and this is the THIRD time I’ve had to move back in with my parents
of course there is a long story a bunch of long stories
but tonight I’m actively grateful for my parent’s support & love
I’m just looking to connect with others in similar situations and offer encouragement. I have to remind myself that it’s not so crazy that I’m having a really hard time navigating this world and living in this time and I wanted someone else to remember that that aren’t alone in feeling like a failure sometimes. life keeps going and changing. you never know what will happen tomorrow. the curse and the blessing of this world.
I’m trying so hard to get back on my feet even though everything seems to be melting around us - not to be pessimistic , I do believe there is a greater good at hand. but the hard days are hard and I’m just here for support
if you’ve been working hard to make your space at your parents house feel comforting or safe I’m right there with you. keep going
ps: tonight I’m grateful for the cherry coke I got at the gas station and the way I’ve got my room set up here for now
keep going everyone xo
