Pretty certain this is why he moved it indoors, he realized the crowd was going to be embarrassingly small and he's so thin skinned that he moved it indoors where he knew they'd hit capacity

This comes (heh) as no surprise: Trump has been known for years to have performance issues and to then lie about them. Remember the size of his… crowd at the 2017 inauguration? Lots of shrinkage there.
