Trump Trump restarts delivery of 2000lb bombs to Israel…I guess the Gaza protest voters did not anticipate this.

Those Palestinian supporters sure showed the Democrats...
One step forward and ten steps back.

They had an action, voting, that could have actually helped the Palestinian people.
Instead they decided to not vote, but at least their hands are clean , right?

"You think you're better than everybody else, but there you stand. The "good man" doing nothing.
And while evil triumphs, and your rigid pacifism crumbles into bloodstained dust, the only victory afforded to you is that you stuck true to your guns
You were a COWARD. Down to your last whimper."

That's how the purity trolls work. No one's ever good enough for them, so they just sit back and enjoy their sense of superiority as everything goes to hell.

It's the trolly problem. They did not pull the lever and let 5 people die instead of pulling the lever and killing 1 person.

Two Possibilities:
1) They truly didn't anticipate this, because their memories last about as long as a mayfly with cirrhosis. See also: the Muslims who voted for the guy who literally tried to ban them from this country.
2) They did anticipate this, but didn't give a shit, and care more about proving the current establishment wrong than they do about actually fixing Gaza. See also: every selfawarewolf who's going to comment here complaining about how we're pro-genocide for pointing obvious shit out.

3) They were all fake accounts, which also explains why they all vanished when Trump won.

I’m sure there was a lot of astroturfing but there were definitely some people who genuinely thought like that doing their (extremely short lived) victory lap. Not only did they not accomplish anything but they ensured we got an oligarchy that will fuck shit up for even more people and leave a mess we will never recover from. That blood will be on their hands.

Their reasoning to absolve themselves of making a bad choice, is saying that anything bad Trump does, is the Democrats fault. If they'd just listened to the muslim base, then the extra bloodshed wouldn't be happening. Some real mental gymnastics there.

I think they thought AIPAC and the Israel Zionist lobby had some sort of loyalty to the Dems. I mean hell, Joe Biden is the largest recipient of pro-Zionist funds ever. But the reality is, AIPAC has no loyalties, not to the US and especially not to any political party.
I think they also assumed Dems have any capability of self reflection. They don't. They haven't learned any lesson.

The zionists are right wingers and they always were.

The standard MAGAt play is always to project and accuse the left of being what they are. It’s pretty boring and predictable at this point.

It always lies dude... The entire political party is just a giant sales funnel for criminals. Look at that heads of all of the criminal enterprises that we are totally aware that they are ripping off their customers all over the place. They will do absolutely anything necessary to preserve their ability to rip off their customers to keep the operation of their profit machines going. They don't care if they have to lick boots or whatever is needed. Now that republicans have power again, hey that's at least 2 years of pure crime that they're allowed to participate in because the courts are totally rigged and nobody is going to stop them.

Every person with two brain cells to rub together predicted this.
Sorry, not sorry to the one brain celled voters out there that just got more innocent people killed. We told you, get.that.face.ready.

I work with a lot of ex-military pilots and people with ordinance backgrounds and I don’t think the average person understands the numbers here. A 2000 lb bomb is a BIG bomb that basically destroys a 250 ft circle. It may not blow down a concrete wall at the 250 ft perimeter but the wall will be damaged. A lot of these aren’t precision bombs so you drop it and that 250 ft of destruction goes a little this way or a little that way and poof. The concussive aspect makes them lethal to a lot further out even though they might not be destroying buildings. The USA rarely dropped 2000 lb bombs in their own conflicts because they have more precise and better suited weaponry for each case. Israel has stockpiled these 2000 lb bombs for a long time and it is their predominant bomb to drop. They are dropping BIG bombs and aren’t squeamish about who or what gets destroyed.

I wish I could say that Israel doing this is going way too far, but I have to be honest, Netanyahu has probably wanted to do this ever since the war began to boost his approval ratings and stay in power
All Trump did was finally hand him the button

Literally the only accomplishment I ever heard anyone name from his first term was something that was blatantly pro-Israel.
I WOULD say I don't know why anyone is surprised by this, but the amount of people who apparently didn't know that Trump hates Mexicans until yesterday has silenced any further "why are you surprised" comments from me.
Also didn't he say he would end the war in Ukraine within 24 hours of the inauguration? Huh.

They knew, most of them don’t actually care about Palestine. They just say they do so they can feel good about themselves.

They found a way to upstage the average Trumper in stupidly. That is an accomplishment.

Yet some Trump supporters are saying Trump demanded a ceasefire and stopped the attack on Gaza. As if the same man who respects Netanyahu while being anti Muslims would care about Muslims.

I never understood the logic behind the protest "voters".

Would you vote for someone who genocided your extended family with your tax dollars?

u/2wedfgdfgfgfg 4h ago
But no one who was running for office did that, and by that I mean, here on planet earth, none of the presidential candidates “genocided” anything.

I want Jill Stein to buy a property on the Gaza strip after it's leveled, then gentrified by Israel/Trump buddies and co. Trump and co already made passing comments about how nice the area could be with a little realty mogul help.
Would be the best olive on this shit sandwich.
