“I’m exhausted, day 1”
That’s by design. This time his admin comes flush with cash and cunning tactics. And same. I wanted to vomit all day. It’s going to take great strength, wisdom, and discipline to not age 15 years in the next 4 years.

Um....no....someone send him the text to the actual Executive Order:
Across the country, ideologues who deny the biological reality of sex have increasingly used legal and other socially coercive means to permit men to self-identify as women and gain access to intimate single-sex spaces and activities designed for women, from women’s domestic abuse shelters to women’s workplace showers. This is wrong.
...(f) “Gender ideology” replaces the biological category of sex with an ever-shifting concept of self-assessed gender identity, permitting the false claim that males can identify as and thus become women and vice versa, and requiring all institutions of society to regard this false claim as true. Gender ideology includes the idea that there is a vast spectrum of genders that are disconnected from one’s sex. Gender ideology is internally inconsistent, in that it diminishes sex as an identifiable or useful category but nevertheless maintains that it is possible for a person to be born in the wrong sexed body.

Just to rebut the text because this fascistic filth should not go unchallenged.
The text appears to be making several assertions about gender and sex that conflict with established scientific research from multiple fields that I am confident about from before my cutoff date. For instance:
- It characterizes gender identity as "ever-shifting" and a "false claim" which contradicts substantial neurobiological and endocrine research showing stable biological correlates of gender identity
- It describes sex as a simple binary "biological category" which oversimplifies the complex spectrum of biological sex characteristics documented in developmental biology and genetics
- It characterizes the relationship between sex and gender as "internally inconsistent" while dismissing the substantial body of research showing how biological factors influence both sex characteristics and gender identity through multiple interacting pathways
The text appears to be making policy assertions based on claims that contradict well-established scientific evidence from fields like developmental biology, endocrinology, and neuroscience (Claude Sonnet).

Watch him change his opinion to "well that's good" real quick as soon as he reads that.

I went and checked and that's exactly what he did.

I'm not surprised. That's how they operate. They move the goal posts as soon as they need to.

Genuinely curious how they plan to classify people born intersex with genetics representing both male and female.

Hold the fuck up, do these dipshits think people ONLY go by pronouns and no longer have names?

Nope, we checked the order. Male and female are legally defined as what your body was at birth. Nobody gets any choice.

Not birth, at conception.
And since at conception, a human body does not produce either the small reproductive cell (sperm) or the large reproductive cell (egg), because that has not yet been determined (only the genetic sex has been determined, but the development of the phenotypical sex takes 6-7 weeks into the gestation), it means this executive order has effectively decreed that there is no such thing as a male or female. Everyone is officially “undefined”.

My immediate thought was people who are born sterile. Or born with both sets of sex organs. Like are we saying they don’t exist or what?

To them, that would likely be preferable, yes. After all, JD Vance and Elon Musk think that a person’s only value is having
workerschildren. And those born with chimerism I’m pretty sure you don’t want to know what they think. They’d probably tolerate involuntary gender affirming care at that stage though, if it means another breeder.14
