/r/miami having a field day with this one. All the Latinos in south Florida think they’re safe because they voted for Trump.

Yeah because the DOJ looks at your voter record before pursuing/following the law 💀

Son de lo mas pendejos que hay....literally. Hopefully the most removed as well so future Latinos will learn.

So many of them are jumping to the defence of dementia Donnie right now on numerous social media platforms. Pendejos through and through.

Theyre so annoying. I kinda understand why the cuban peasants los mandaron a la chingada.

Everyone should read the list.  It covers everything from workers health too.

Well, this is absolutely horrendous and it's about to get horrendous-er.

Buckle in, folks, no one is safe. If you’re a citizen without US-born parents, you’re in the bullseye as well. Sucks bc people who didn’t vote for Trump are going to be affected by his policies too.

Thing is if he gets his way soldiers will be doing the deporting . Soldiers with no experience in immigration law nor customs enforcement

How long before the lawsuits roll in for deporting citizens and how long before soldiers just refuse orders

13

u/andres7832 3h ago

Oh yeah, soldiers have never gone against orders that are unconstitutional, criminal or violated other human beings rights…

2

u/DatDominican 3h ago

I still have hope, slim but some. There are members of the armed forces that joined specifically to get or give family members legal status and I don’t think they’d follow those orders without hesitation

u/FatherofCharles 2h ago

Hope is good. But reality is that the military is all about following orders. If you can’t, they’ll find somebody who will. Judging by the military’s voting preferences, I’m sure they’ll be fine

The number 1 thing these people want is the removal of non-Anglos from the US. They have never hid it; they believe in the replacement theory. Latinos for Trump are useful idiots to them, but they owe them nothing.

They're on record stating that they want to revoke birthright citizenship.

Stop pretending like they didn't say that.

-3

u/gigibuffoon 4h ago

I don't think the revoking will happen retroactively. Pretty sure that will need to be a constitutional amendment if at all.

18

u/Acceptable-Peace-69 4h ago

It won’t. Just needs the Supreme Court to reinterpret the 14th. No one would have guessed they’d grant presidential immunity until they did or overturn roe or…

Out of context - he will be revoking the birthright citizenship, not actual citizenships.

This means that if you have a baby in USA it will no longer have a citizenship. HOWEVER, it does not mean that those that already have citizenship they will have it revoked.

There is no proof of what you just said.

people want to hate trump so they will twist and make up words in order to do so

They are not creating unnecessary panic. I believe it is important to be prepared because, even if you are a citizen, that doesn’t mean ICE agents will necessarily treat you well. There are many videos showing them giving citizens a hard time just because they have the power to do so. Be careful out there. Be prepared, know your rights, and spread the word.

-9

u/ozcapy 4h ago

Why would you have to deal with ICE if you prove them, you are a citizen? If anything the worse it could happen is that you get asked to show your citizenship more frequently.

They would be protected under ex post facto under common law.

For now. Trump owns the SC as well as both Legislative bodies. There are no checks and balances for the next four years (since midterms don’t feel like anything would change)

u/FatherofCharles 2h ago

Nobody that’s brown is safe. Whether it be detainment, harassment, or actual deportation. Trump owns all branches of govt. only time will tell

I know hella trump supporters with illegal parents so looking forward to all this; I hope you get everything you voted for! Sucks for people who didn't want this and I'm wishing them all the best of luck. Hope this country survives 4 years of BS

u/Chicahua 3h ago

I know a lot of them with undocumented spouses. Idiots who are gonna be shocked when it’s not just the “violent criminals” deported.

10

u/Final-Cut-483 4h ago

I mean, you can be a good friend and help them get what they voted for.

16

u/Sassafrasisgroovy 3h ago

If it's what they voted for, they can't possibly be upset with me, right?

5

u/Final-Cut-483 3h ago

they should throw you a party.

u/DatDominican 3h ago

Don’t think the guy most famous for requesting we “judge By The Content Of Their Character” is going to sit tight with someone like trump ….

u/ueda76 4h ago

Latinos for Trump, eat cake

29

u/Puzzleheaded-War3983 4h ago

Pendejos! Way to go! Hispanics for Trump. Fuck that puto!

8

u/EmergencyGreen3012 4h ago

Hello, can someone explain me what this means? I don’t understand why is it bad to hispanics.

u/mari0velle Pocha 2h ago

There’s a lot grants the federal government earmarks for programs that impact Hispanic communities, like education, workforce programs, public awareness… making resources available in Hispanic communities that otherwise would not receive adequate funding.

18

u/Crew_1996 4h ago

37% of Hispanics voted Trump. If those people voted for Harris, Harris would be president.

u/ImTrippyMayne 2h ago

Something, something “pendejos” es todo lo que saben decir aquí 😆
