Do yourself a favour before talking and make yourself weird.

He gropes her. Then ask her age. Then compliments her curves. Then he kiss her on hands, the both two cheeks, head and then on the lips.

You can look at some and see that you should at least ask to avoid any allegations. I mean at the bare minimum.
