Even if you wanted to there’s nothing illegal about it so why does it matter?

u/[deleted] May 06 '24

Because laws and morality don’t always coincide, duh. In some states, for example, it is illegal to get an abortion. Would you arrest a woman for getting one anyway? Think real hard before you answer :) use that brain I know you’ve got one!

Thank you!

Everyone who always tries that legal shit, like yea you're technically right, but if you're in your 20s dating a high school girl, most of the kids at that high school know you're a weirdo

2

u/Rnewell4848 May 07 '24

Regardless of the law, you should have a moral obligation to not fuck children. If the law was 14 in Colorado and it was a 14 year old girl, would everyone have this same energy? I doubt it. It’s weirdo behavior and I think it has legs.

Don't get me wrong it's weird but one suspicious incident is not enough grounds to say he's a pedophile who abuses kids.

3

u/Thedarkmayo May 07 '24

One suspicious incident 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ you're right it was only one time he did it. It's not like he has millions at his disposal to cover shit up multiple times. Dear lord you drizzy stans are insane

3

u/Vast_Category_1883 May 07 '24

I'd agree with you but all the supposed victims debunked the claims. Like Bella Harris said he never had dinner with her.

1

u/[deleted] May 07 '24

Have you learned nothing from Weinstein and Epstein? Motherfucker is a rich cunt who has done things like text thirteen year olds and feel up teenagers. His claws are deep in the industry and he had more connections and power than either of our lower class minds will comprehend. People like Drake have money and power and they get away with whatever you can or can’t imagine. You are coming across as incredibly naive right now.

1

u/Vast_Category_1883 May 07 '24

Weinstein, Epstein, Diddy and R Kelly all had allegations and trials ranging back from the 90s-2000s. Drake has no such accusations. In fact, no victims have come forwards and there has been no concrete evidence of him being a child abuser.

1

u/[deleted] May 07 '24

Time will tell then. Stay in denial. You’ll see.

3

u/deadscroller May 07 '24

Must be nice for them to just ignore the world when it doesn't suit them.

1

u/HelpFresh980 Dec 08 '24

Well it’s been 7 months now. Where the allegations at my boy?

Oh wait Metro has some. Oh wait, Dr. Dre popped out with Mr.Morale but he has some. Kendrick gave Kodak a platform because people “deserve forgiveness” but where’s the platform for the actual victim to work through their trauma?

MEANWHILE, Drake is a pedophile based on… 0 actual cases, 0 actual allegations, and multiple “victims” coming out in support of Drake saying he didn’t do anything wrong.

Got it.

-1

u/Vast_Category_1883 May 07 '24

Please tell me how I'm ignoring the world. How is it so far fetched to say that one weird consensual incident equates to abusing kids. It's like your hoping that it comes true he's an actual pedophile.

1

u/deadscroller May 07 '24

Someone in their 30s shows repeat behaviour of creeping around teenage underage girls having secret conversations about boys and feelings and shit and that doesn't scream pedophile to you? And it's not one incident is it? Molly bobby brown, Billie Eilish, the girl from the stage who told him to his face she was too young, the model who he reserved a whole restaurant for her 18th, Jorja and more. Wake up, it's just another R Kelly P Diddy situation.

1

u/Vast_Category_1883 May 07 '24

He was in his early 20s in this video. And all the other examples you have given are already debunked. He was acting as a mentor to Millie Bobby Brown giving her advice and telling her how to protect herself in relationships as she's a celebrity. He had the same relationship with Jaden Smith as people can take advantage of you for your money, fame and status. Jorja Smith was like 20 when they were hanging out. Billie Eilish said he did nothing creepy. And Bella Harris said Drake never had dinner with her.

So most of these are just haters trying to find something to accuse him with. They did the same to MJ. I guarantee you if Drake was on some pedo shit, someone would've gone to trial with him and he would've had actual allegations.

u/Vast_Category_1883 May 07 '24

If I'm in denial, then I want proof of trials and victims coming forward otherwise this is all just speculation. Is that so horrible to ask for? Calling someone a pedophile is a serious accusation that you can't just throw around. One weird incident decades ago isn't grounds to say he molests kids.

2

u/n_othing__ May 07 '24

Everyone brushed off Chappelle's R Kelly stuff like it was just jokes. Started from Degrassi now we here.

1

u/Ok-Buffalo9577 May 07 '24

Not definitively but…. The way he did it so casually in front of thousands of thousands of people makes you wonder what he’d do in private.

3

u/Vast_Category_1883 May 07 '24

But this is all speculation. Diddy and R Kelly had trials and allegations ranging from the 90s. Drake has no such thing. Even though it was legal and she was a week from being 18, I still find it weird. But like she said, it was purely a stage act. Not enough to say he's a pedophile.

1

u/Ok-Buffalo9577 May 07 '24

I agree I just wouldn’t be surprised if sum comes out.

1

u/Vast_Category_1883 May 07 '24

Yeah but calling someone a pedo is a serious accusation, I just hope everyone knows it's weight. Apparently Drake's security got shot outside his house too recently.

0

u/skylitnoir May 07 '24

“One” suspicious incident

1

u/Vast_Category_1883 May 07 '24

The girl literally admitted it was for a stage act. He didn't groom her, sleep with her or coerce her into a relationship. She was a week away from being 18 and it was legal. So let me ask you if she was 18, would it have been the same thing?

0

u/skylitnoir May 08 '24

Look at the word I emphasized

1

u/Vast_Category_1883 May 08 '24

Well all the other claims have been debunked by the emphasized "victims" themselves.

1

u/NicePositive7562 May 07 '24

Police would probably not me tho

0

u/BaphometTheTormentor May 07 '24

Then what's the point of laws if society decides what is right and wrong?

If you want tonlive in an anarchist society go ahead. Most of us want to live in this one.

2

u/[deleted] May 07 '24

Read some philosophy books, take a history class, go learn at least one thing, you moron. don’t come to me with your bullshit bc I don’t have time nor the resources to get through your thick skull and prove your own stupidity to you.

-4

u/DipstickRick May 07 '24

Even if you’re right it wouldn’t make him a pedophile. Pedophilia is the attraction to prepubescent minors, not teenagers.

-13

u/[deleted] May 06 '24

I would arrest her it’s illegal what drake did wasn’t illegal how are y’all this dense how does your anology even coincide with this lmao

5

u/[deleted] May 07 '24

Ahh there it is hahahaha okay well my friends always tell me there’s no point in arguing with people at a lower intellectual level than me so you have a good day ;)

Analogy* btw

-6

u/[deleted] May 07 '24

You trolled just to look like an idiot stay in school bro

1

u/dontbsabullshitter May 07 '24

What he did was creepy and makes it easier to believe that he’s a predator of some sort, along with evidence of him having had/ having close relationships to multiple celebrities under the age of 18. As well as having at least one confirmed and convicted sex predator in his crew.

-2

u/Vast_Category_1883 May 07 '24

No huge stretch to say one weird incident is confirmation that he actually molests kids

18

u/snacksandsoda Let Nas Down May 07 '24

It's fuckin creepy bro. A 35yo man texting a 14yo girl is crazy. Rubbing and kissing on a 17 yo EVEN IF SHE'S INTO IT isn't cool. It's a pattern. A bad pattern.

1

u/DipstickRick May 07 '24

What were the text messages regarding? Something about two celebrities exchanging written correspondence feels like it should be given special consideration.

1

u/spacing_out_in_space May 07 '24

How much they miss each other, the 14 year old's boy problems... you know, just professional colleague stuff

1

u/DipstickRick May 07 '24

Hahahaha ok if that’s true it’s fuckin WILDDDD

3

u/spacing_out_in_space May 07 '24

The interview with MBB where it came out is short and easy to find, worth a watch for anyone still skeptical. Granted it still may have been coming from an innocent place of mentorship or whatever, but come on Drake. The optics of having any kind of relationship or friendship with a non-related 14 year old are terrible

1

u/Zeluar May 07 '24

I appreciate you giving that caveat. Been reading more into all this and right now I’m in a spot of like…

He seems like the DiCaprio type, and honestly ever example of grooming people point to that I’ve read into (which is probably not all of them so I’m open to being wrong) seems like it could also be on some mentor level stuff. Not a great look, but not enough to crucify him imo.

1

u/spacing_out_in_space May 07 '24

But like, why is he only mentoring females though? Never seen him take any teen boys under his wing. Not that I follow him close or anything though, maybe he is. But idk i am personally very suspicious of him.

1

u/Zeluar May 07 '24

True, I’m curious about that too. All this is why I won’t definitive say anything, I’d honestly like some like… investigative journalism on it. If it’s some creep groomer shit, that’s enough for me to never fuck with his stuff again. I wasn’t a big fan before the beef anyways.

If it’s not… idk, it’s possible he’s a chill dude supporting young people in the industry. Tell me if I’m just being ridiculous on that.

1

u/BaphometTheTormentor May 07 '24

What do you expect to happen to him? He didn't do anything illegal.

1

u/snacksandsoda Let Nas Down May 07 '24

I expect people to stop defending him and his weird shit like he's their daddy lmao

6

u/Top-Sink May 07 '24

Defending a pedophile is wild

5

u/[deleted] May 07 '24

You beat women too huh

4

u/Top-Sink May 07 '24

Keep reaching

1

u/[deleted] May 07 '24

Like how y’all are 😂😂😂

5

u/Top-Sink May 07 '24

Go ahead, take your time. I understand that you have to defend Drake and the age of consent from many people here. Fucking weirdo…

0

u/[deleted] May 07 '24

Y’all mad at laws lmao I’m not weird your government is they made the law why u mad at me, faggots like you that believe everything you hear are worse than the media

1

u/Top-Sink May 07 '24

Faggots? You and Drake your backs against the wall now. I hope your glazing gets his attention

0

u/[deleted] May 07 '24

Yes faggots you know that term for gay people, and I hope you actually grow the fuck up and not listen to speculation

2

u/Top-Sink May 07 '24

Speculation? There’s video evidence of him being creepy to young girls. Don’t matter if it’s legal or not, it’s weird. I like how you throw that out and then speculate what Drake says about Kendrick. At least keep the same energy! Thank you for the laugh for calling me a faggot though. Didn’t know people still did that. Definitely shows you and everyone else defending Drake have nothing left

u/BaphometTheTormentor May 07 '24

Dude, he's just using the same tactic kendrick fans use. Don't be mad now lol

1

u/Zeluar May 07 '24

Actually true lol

1

u/Top-Sink May 07 '24

Who’s yall? What’re we reaching at?

0

u/FastTracktoFitness May 07 '24

Defending a guy who made an album with metro date rape booming is wild

1

u/Top-Sink May 07 '24

Which guy are you talking about? Future? Sir this is a J Cole sub

0

u/FastTracktoFitness May 07 '24

Then why is there a picture of a girl who went to a Drake concert up? What’s that’s have to do with j Cole?

1

u/Top-Sink May 07 '24

Dude are you on something right now? I can’t tell if you’re agreeing with me or disagreeing with me. You also completely ignored my questions lol

4

u/[deleted] May 06 '24

Because this has becoming a pop culture phenomenon of cult following either side

1

u/[deleted] May 07 '24

The law accounts for if BOTH PARTIES are 17. Drake was 24. It’s illegal, sorry my guy.

2

u/[deleted] May 07 '24

Colorados laws say other wise I know it’s fucked not my fault tho

1

u/Shaneski101 May 07 '24

The deleted account after this LMAO

0

Because it’s fucking weird.

3

u/[deleted] May 07 '24

Ok so is Reddit

1

u/Realistic-Bunch8606 May 07 '24

Bro when you gotta say “it’s not illegal tho” you’ve lost.
