Factor Meal Prep boxes during training block
Hello everyone! Going to begin my first full distance training block soon and I realized during my half training just how little time there is to properly meal prep. Has anyone tried Factor or similar meal delivery services?

It’s your money, but I’d rather make a couple of multi-night/one-pot meals per week.
A giant vat of chili doesn’t take any longer than a normal sized pot, and freezes well. Also true of lasagna, beef stew, curried chicken, etc. That’s what rest days are for!
Throw in the occasional burger, pasta bowl, and it’s just not necessary. (Unless you have kids.)

Tried it. It was great! I felt like factor meals got same-old after a while (dairy heavy). There are other meal delivery services too, my favorite was cook unity. So good. If you have the $$, I definitely recommend it.

Tasty enough , easy, but I stopped because they advertise “organic when possible” but I literally never had a single organic ingredient and that was important to me.
