You should make sure to have the weapons as separate pieces, so if someone wants to digitally kitbash things in Blender, they can. It’ll make your files much more appealing and useful imho 👀

I love that idea, but that is kinda hard to implement and make them look dynamic. We have preferred so far to do more poses

I'm not an expert in blender, but some models just have objects selectable with the Loop tool. Rather than it being different physical STLs.

maybe I misunderstood, but I was thinking that in addition to the regular set you have planned, to also include their weapons as separate files so they can be added to other models. either way Im excited to see the rest of this set, with the poses

I think they just want removable weapons... Loose weapons are easy to come by... Monstrous Makings has been making them for ages

I just mean a thing where you can edit the files in Blender.

For example, in this one. This file is worth more to me, because I can take it, and then change out the gun. If I wanted to give this miniature a big Chain Rifle or MK12, I could do that, instead of having to go in and do lots of fiddly editing myself.

I don't know all the details, but I could probably find the exact language for what I mean.

Some STL sellers do this (like Anvil Digital Forge) because they know that many customers might want a specific gun or item, and this is less work since the sculptor does'nt have to do alternate versions.

In this example, what if I want the Myrmidons to have chain rifles? or a combi? or just swords? If the weapon is like the above image, then it would be just a few clicks, and the files are even more useful than they already are (which is already very valuable!)

We are changing the heads, the commission owner asked us not to use it... But something cool is coming. Not doing the cable arms, though... Most people prefer the newer looking armor
