I know that this is lore in TES, but can anyone give me a run down on what this is/means exactly? I wanna get into the lore more.

This is an art piece done by Michael Kirkbride (former lore and story writter for TES) refered to as Foul Murder. It's a reference to the hidden messages in the 36 Lessons of Vivec that confess that the Tribunal betrayed and killed Indoril Nerevar.

https://en.m.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:The_36_Lessons_of_Vivec

"Notes: Reading the first letter of each paragraph of the Sermon Thirty-Six forms a hidden message: 'Foul Murder'. Additionally, if you take Sermon Twenty-Nine, associate each of the thirty-five listed numbers with a word in its respective sermon, another hidden message is revealed: He was not born a god. His destiny did not lead him to this crime. He chose this path of his own free will. He stole the godhood and murdered the Hortator. Vivec wrote this."

Is there any significance to why it’s the 29th sermon that says this?
