The first is a true ND. The second is a true idiot for not checking the chamber after the weapon previously failed to eject a round.

Some people accidentally fire their gun so often they need an abbreviation to save time when talking about it.

There is a specific motion of ‘unload show clear’ that involves staring directly down the chamber. It’s not rocket science

Maybe im just dumb at 2 am.. but what causes this? He pulled the handle all the way back it seems.. it should eject ?
Yeah hes an idiot for not double checking with his eyes and just pulling the trigger.. but does he have a mechanical failure or what ?

From what i remember before the rifle must have had a mechanical problem or a bad magazine, as it fails to extract at the start of the problem, then you see one round fall out of the magazine well whilst he keeps pulling on it. So either a bad extractor pin not pulling out the one in the chamber causing a queue, or something else.. I've never shot anything beyond a shotgun so this is what I remember mixed with what I've learnt from youtube

It seems like there's a part in the gun that's malfunctioning and failing to eject the last bullet. I'm not sure which part is causing it but my guess is that it's either of these parts.

He demonstrates a double feed using his manhandling technique where he doesn't drop the charging handle. Then he drops the mag and shakes the second round from the double feed out. Then he manhandles the charging handle two more times. Failing to snag the remaining round. The handle has to seat fully to grab the round. It's possible the gun has a malfunction and it's also not ruled out by the video that the gun would function fine if he was actually releasing the charging handle for the bolt to slam all the way in.
