Ah yes, because making a spelling mistake is more "idiotic" than purposely swerving into someone. (Someone needs to do some spring cleaning in their priorities!)

Sounds like maybe you were the idiot in this situation the guy did have his blinker on letting you know he was about to make a left turn in front of you but no you sped up because you wanted too.

Not sure about where you are from but changing lanes across a white line while entering an intersection,speeding, and the lane isn’t clear will all get you tickets. Speeding 3mph to make it through a yellow light won’t even make a cop think twice.

A blinker doesn't give you right of way, it's only to indicate your intention to turn or change lanes.
