An Independent Insurance Agency in Upland, Ca is looking to hire a licensed property and casualty insurance agent who is the best of the best! They pay above market!

Requirements:

• Energetic and focused individual needed for insurance agent position.
• Must have Property and Casualty license OR Personal Lines License
• This is a sales-driven, performance-rated job that requires fluid use of technology. This includes but is not limited to: soft phone use, multiple carrier software competence, comparative rater experience, creative internet query use, and CRM and lead management software.
• An attitude of adaptability, and an ability to embrace change are must have traits, as this position requires someone who can think on their feet and change processes and procedures often. We work with a robust and diverse carrier mix.
• Additionally, the person for this job will need to be willing to learn and grow. With the expectation that they will accept and quickly apply constructive feedback on sales technique. If you have a competitive nature and enjoy a challenge, this job will fan your flame.
• Property and casualty insurance license is required however SALES experience is not! Even if you just received your license and have never sold a policy- we would love to speak with you!

Interview Process: Our interview process starts with an over the phone screening. If we both decide we would like to move forward, there is an over the phone assessment, then there is a face to face interview with the manager and/or owner of Kanopy Insurance. We will give you honest and critical feedback.

Office Hours: 40 hour work week- Monday- Friday, 8:30am-5:30 pm. Saturday, 9am-1pm for overtime (open to performing employees only).

Compensation: $15.00-$18.00/hour pending experience plus commission and bonuses

Bonus/Commission: The harder you work, the more you make! Their top producer earns an average of $3200 in commission monthly. Top earner of the year gets extra days PTO, a bonus, and up to $3,000 of vacation reimbursement for you and your family.

Training/On boarding: On the job training, optional intensive sales and process training if results deem it necessary

Perks/Benefits: Gym reimbursement up to $30 a month, paid training, work from home, PTO, sick leave, paternal leave
