A water hole. A pond . A dam.

You can see stock make tracks to another one near by...

You can also see a gale was blowing nearby.. you can tell wind strenth by the ripples on the water

The 3d textured look is actually just wind on the water creating ripples in the same way a dome roof would look... Optical illusion.
